Hayley the Husky and ??

About Hayley
Hayley is a sweet, sweet little puppy. She is friendly with everyone young and old. Hayley’s favourite spot is wrapped in a blanket in someone’s arms….preferably in a rocking chair…or curled up at your feet. She loves to play with her toys, especially the ones that crinkle. Hayley sleeps by herself at night in her crate and is very quiet. She eats well….loves her food….and will sit for treats. Smart girl! Hayley loves to go for a walk and is very good on a leash. Hayley is well on her way to being house trained but still has little accidents when there is a lot of confusion in the house. She is very loving and snuggly and loves to be around people, especially if she is in the centre of all the action. Love her! 💕
Hayley can't be alone all day. She has to go out often to do her business. She also needs to continue to be socialised. She will also need puppy obedience classes!

This organization is run entirely by volunteers and we try our best to save as many homeless dogs as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find at: www.rosieanimaladoption.org . You will be contacted only if you are a suitable match. Rosie Animal Adoption does not have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved, or at adoption clinics. If you have any questions, please .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). All family members must be present at time of adoption. Please note, we do not adopt strays to families with children under 12.
Adoptions
If you adopt from Rosie, your dog will be vet checked, vaccinated for DHPP and Rabies (if the dog is over 4 months), given a treatment for fleas and parasites as well as spayed or neutered before adoption. Our adoption fee is $550, $450 for dogs of 8 and 9 years old and $300 for 10 years old and older.

Surrenders
Here at Rosie Animal Adoption, we understand that the decision to give up a family pet is not always an easy one and that the dog's best interests are always of paramount importance. Whether you have a family pet or a stray to surrender, please be aware that there are many unscrupulous people who are always on the lookout for unaltered dogs to breed strictly for profit. Dogs kept for this purpose, be it by a “backyard breeder” or “puppy miller,” are usually kept in inhumane conditions that are worse than you can imagine. We get many calls from people who are “in a hurry” to re-home their dogs, claiming that they simply cannot wait. With the increasing number of homeless dogs in the province of Quebec , our resources are always stretched to the limit and we do not always have immediate openings. We would ask that you please be patient when contacting our volunteers to surrender a dog.
We will do our best to help you as quickly as we can, and may also be able to refer you to another group that we are affiliated with, but the most important message here is to proceed very cautiously if you are giving away or selling your dog to someone who may be portraying a private individual. The best thing you can do is to be sure to have your pet spayed or neutered and the worse thing you can do is offer an unaltered pet “free to a good home.” We have seen what can happen.
